Commercial work is built around your opening hours rather than ours — most clients are cleaned before opening or after close. The scope is agreed up front and repeated every visit, so staff, members and customers walk into the same standard each day. Clubhouses and amenity spaces are covered here too, whether they run on a daily schedule or around bookings and events.

- Kitchen exhaust duct and hood system deep cleaning

- Consumables and supplies themselves
- Carpet extraction and floor refinishing
Carpet extraction, floor stripping and window work can be scheduled as periodic add-ons alongside a regular contract. Ongoing sites are usually better served by a fixed monthly agreement than by the hourly rate — ask us to price both.
Pricing
$40 CAD per cleaner, per hour
Minimum 3 hours per visit
Total = $40 × number of cleaners × hours on site
The rate is charged per cleaner, so a job that needs a team of two is billed at twice the hourly rate. Size and condition decide how many cleaners come and how long the visit takes — we confirm the team and the hours before anything is booked.
