Done on an empty unit, which is what makes it different: with nothing in the way we clean inside cabinets, drawers, closets and appliances rather than around them. The standard is handover condition — what a landlord, buyer, or incoming tenant expects to walk into.

- Inside closets, wardrobes and storage

Not included
- Exterior windows and glass above reach
- Removal of furniture or bulky rubbish
- Wall repairs, patching and painting
- Carpet extraction and steam cleaning
- Balcony pressure washing
- Mould remediation and biohazard cleanup
Carpet extraction is often asked for alongside a move-out — it is quoted separately, per room. If the unit is still furnished, tell us in advance: it changes both the time and what we can reach.
Pricing
$40 CAD per cleaner, per hour
Minimum 3 hours per visit
Total = $40 × number of cleaners × hours on site
The rate is charged per cleaner, so a job that needs a team of two is billed at twice the hourly rate. Size and condition decide how many cleaners come and how long the visit takes — we confirm the team and the hours before anything is booked.
