Post-Construction & Renovation
Fine dust, residue and sticker removal after a build or renovation, ready for handover.
Construction dust is not ordinary dust — it settles into every track, vent and ledge, and it keeps reappearing for days if a space is cleaned only once. We work top-down and go over floors more than once, which is why this takes longer than a deep clean of the same square footage.

Debris removal is usually the builder's or the trades' responsibility — check that before booking us, as a site still full of offcuts cannot be cleaned properly.
Pricing
Quoted after an assessment
Sites vary too much to price up front. An occupied renovation and a bare new build are different jobs, and how much dust was left behind decides how many passes the floors need. Send photos or let us walk the site, and we will quote a fixed figure before anything starts.
Get a quote
Send us the floor area, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, whether the floors are carpet or hard, and when you would like us. We usually come back the same day, and quotes are free.
