Residential Regular Cleaning
Recurring weekly, biweekly or monthly housekeeping that holds a home to a steady standard.
This is upkeep rather than a one-off reset. We work through the same checklist each visit so the home stays at a consistent baseline instead of swinging between spotless and overdue. If a place has not been cleaned in a long time, we usually recommend starting with a deep clean and moving to a recurring schedule afterwards.
What's included
Bedrooms
- Dust nightstands, dressers, shelves, lamps and frames
- Tidy and arrange items left on surfaces
- Make the bed or change linens you leave out
- Wipe mirrors, light switches and door handles
- Vacuum and mop, including reachable areas under the bed
Living & dining areas
- Dust all reachable surfaces and furniture
- Vacuum upholstery, including between cushions
- Wipe TV units, coffee tables and side tables
- Clean interior glass and mirrors within reach
- Vacuum and mop floors
Kitchen
- Countertops and backsplash wiped down
- Sink and faucet cleaned and polished
- Cabinet fronts and handles wiped
- Stovetop degreased, range hood exterior wiped
- Fridge, microwave and small appliance exteriors
Bathrooms
- Toilet cleaned and disinfected, base and behind included
- Bathtub and shower scrubbed, glass descaled
- Vanity, sink and faucet cleaned
- Mirrors, shelving and fixtures wiped
- Floors cleaned, bins emptied
Throughout the home
- Interior windows and glass doors within reach
- Washer and dryer exteriors
- Reachable baseboards, doors and door frames
- All floors vacuumed and mopped
- Rubbish collected and taken to the bin
Not included
- Inside the fridge or freezer
- Inside the oven or stovetop interior
- Inside the microwave
- Inside the washer or dryer
- High ceilings and fixtures needing ladders
- Exterior windows and any glass above reach
Most of these can be added on request — tell us when you book and we will quote the extra time. We do not move heavy furniture or handle biohazard cleanup.
Pricing
$35 CAD per cleaner, per hour
Minimum 3 hours per visit
Total = $35 × number of cleaners × hours on site
The rate is charged per cleaner, so a job that needs a team of two is billed at twice the hourly rate. Size and condition decide how many cleaners come and how long the visit takes — we confirm the team and the hours before anything is booked.
